How it Works

There are three simple steps to accessing, uploading and receiving your completed documents.

step one
  • You will need to register to create an account.
  • Click on “NEW CLIENT REGISTER” link to begin. Please read through registration instructions and provide the required information.
  • Within 15 minutes of submittal you will receive an e-mail confirming the registration process was successful.
  • CRI will activate your account within 24 hours of registration and issue your user ID and password.
  • Enter the user ID and password once the account has been activated to utilize the service.
step two
  • Registered users can log in to the system using their username and password in the “CLIENT LOGIN” area found in the LOGIN CENTER of our website.
  • In the secure administrative section you can update your client information, place new orders and manage existing orders or projects.
step three
  • When an order/project is complete you will receive an e-mail notification to access your account.
  • Login with your user id and password to access the completed documents and download to your computer.
